Class descriptions

Our functional classes take place throughout the day. Please read the descriptions below for each class.

Flow

Flow has arrived at Studio Worx. This 45 minute based session focuses on mobility, posture and core. Each week the class will cover a specific topic and practice a selection of essential yoga poses and incorporate breathing techniques too.

There’s lots more to Flow… our dedicate instructor will help with mobility, plus lots of other drills and exercises will be taught on the blue astro turf in side Studio Worx.

All abilities welcomes.

Conditioning Club

Conditioning Club incorporates kettlebells, barbell bells, wall balls and much much more. Our experienced coaches will guide you step by step in the small group environment. We focus on getting you to move right and give you knowledge in every class.

The daily sessions also include MetCon workouts to put you through your paces. All abilities are welcome.

Functional Strength

Functional Strength is Studio Worx’s barbell based class. We teach the importance of lifting and focus on helping you to improve in all areas of your training. Whether it’s a squat, bench, clean or jerk… our highly experienced box coaches can take your training to a whole new level.

All abilities are welcome and we tailor the class to your standard.

Sweat

Are you ready to SWEAT?

Sweat does exactly what it says in the name. This 45 minute HIIT workout class incorporates a range of functional stations around the studio.

We get you battling ropes, jumping on boxes, riding the assault bikes and using every part of your body to sweat and feel good. Ability is put to one side as we incorporate exercises from beginners upwards.
