Our 6 or 9 week fat loss program has been designed for both men and women. We tailor the sessions for each client based on their abilities and goals. Whether you are a gym pro or just starting out we can help you – our average weight loss in 6-weeks is 7.5%!
The 1-2-1 weekly sessions fit in with your lifestyle and the times/days are selected by you. This package includes full nutritional help and support, plus we run bi-weekly body stats to make sure things are moving in the right direction.
Our aim is to drop your bodyfat and get you fit. Whether you have booked a holiday or just want to get into tip-top shape, we work towards your personal goals.
This package can be tailored to all abilities. Free Studio Worx Class membership is included (1 class per week plus access the Open Gym over 2 extra days).
