Our specific strength package designed to increase your strength levels - this is individually tailored to you

This 6 or 9 week strength program is tailored to the goals of anyone – from elite athletes looking to get stronger for a sport, through to newbies and beginners wanting to increase general strength, our team can help you achieve your strength goal.

Each week you will be guided by a 1‑2‑1 SWX Coach, who will develop a tailored plan around your 1‑2‑1 sessions if you are a more than average gym goer. We also take care of your full nutrition and perform strength tests before, during and after – let’s increase your strength together!

This package can be tailored to all abilities.
