Do you want to experience 1‑2‑1 personal training for a fraction of the cost, but with ALL of the results?

Train with a friend or family member on the same journey as yourself, enjoy training together and reach your personal goals. We can focus on Fat loss, Strength and general fitness.

You will train twice a week with a SWX coach, and throughout the 10 week plan you will learn the importance of quality nutrition, good technique and get to your goal.

* We treat Pairs packages exactly the same as a full individual program
